It is a commercial guarantee: a written ten-year warranty on the workmanship of an integrated design-build commission. It is not a building code, a statutory standard, or a per-square-metre rating. Ghana’s codes and regulations govern how the building must be designed and built; the decade warranty is our own commitment, on top of that compliance, that the workmanship performs for ten years. We can offer it because the same practice held the design intent and the construction quality together — and a commitment is only credible when one team owns both.
