2. Professional Services
Architect Afrique provides architectural design, project management, and related consultancy services. All professional services are provided in accordance with the Ghana Institute of Architects (GIA) Code of Professional Conduct and the Architects Registration Council Act.
3. Intellectual Property
All architectural drawings, designs, specifications, and documents produced by Architect Afrique remain the intellectual property of Architect Afrique until full payment of all fees has been received. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the designs for the specific project for which they were prepared.
4. Fees and Payment
Architectural fees are as agreed in the signed Letter of Appointment or Professional Services Agreement. Payment terms are as specified in the relevant agreement. Late payment may attract interest charges as specified in the agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Architect Afrique's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific project in question. Architect Afrique shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the provision of its services.
