Requirements: GIA registration, minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong portfolio of completed residential and commercial projects in Ghana.
Responsibilities: Lead design on medium to large projects, mentor junior architects, liaise with clients and contractors, prepare planning applications and building permit submissions.
Remuneration: GHS 8,000 to GHS 14,000 per month depending on experience, plus performance bonus and benefits.

Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture; minimum 4 years experience managing construction projects in Ghana; proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from inception to completion, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, control costs and programme, provide regular client reports, manage diaspora client relationships.
Remuneration: GHS 6,000 to GHS 10,000 per month depending on experience, plus performance bonus and benefits.

Requirements: Degree in Architecture or Engineering; minimum 2 years experience with Revit and BIM coordination; knowledge of IFC file formats and clash detection software (Navisworks preferred).
Responsibilities: Manage BIM models for all active projects, coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP models, conduct clash detection reviews, maintain BIM standards and protocols.
Remuneration: GHS 4,500 to GHS 7,000 per month depending on experience, plus benefits.
