A state institution commissioned Architects Afrique to design and deliver a ceremonial and administrative complex — a building that had to project institutional permanence while meeting a demanding security and protocol brief. The practice carried the commission from programme through permit drawings to construction documentation, coordinated structural and services engineering under one roof, and handed over with the full written file: approvals, as-builts and the decade warranty.
